1. Who you are contracting with
Stage Library is a brand of L&B Creative Ventures Limited. When you purchase a production licence you enter into an agreement with L&B Creative Ventures Limited.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the final amount payable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Stage Library does not receive or store your card details. Your licence is confirmed only once payment has been verified.
3. What you receive
A 12-month production licence for the title purchased, the script for that title, and the supporting Stage Library production resources published for that title. Resources are delivered digitally through your Stage Library account.
4. Licence period
The licence period runs for 12 months from the date payment is confirmed. Your start and expiry dates are shown in your library. Performances must take place within the licence period.
5. Music
Stage Library does not write, supply or license music. Some productions include Suggested Songs, which are existing third-party songs we recommend. Obtaining any permissions required to use those songs is your responsibility.
6. Recording and streaming
This licence covers live performance only. Filming, recording, streaming and broadcast rights are not granted.
7. Territory
Licences are currently sold for use in the United Kingdom.
8. Account access
Access to your scripts and resources is tied to the email address used at checkout. Keep that address secure and let us know if it changes.
9. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Stage Library and we will review your request and confirm the outcome in writing.
